What You'll Need To Order:

So, you're gonna buy something? Good for you! Here's some things you'll need to know before you trade in some of your hard-earned money...

First, either print out our order form for mailing it to us via the standard Postal Service, or copy the text from the form into an email and mail it to us in advance of your payment. (One way or another, you'll have to send us a check via the normal Post Office).

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Email orders are considered "processed" when the email is received; but it will not be sent until the payment has arrived and cleared.

Second, fill out all the information and add up the charges.

Residents of Iowa must include a 5% sales tax!

Make out a check or money order to Alleycat Books and send it, along with your printed form to:

Finally, as soon as we get your check, and it clears, we'll ship your order to you. Each comic and magazine arrives individually sealed in its own acid-free, archival quality bag.

Submission of a valid e-mail address is the quickest, most efficient way to confirm the availablity and shipment of an order, and to have it reserved for you for as long as ten days! Just send e-mail to jomo@alleycatbooks.com with a list of the items you're interested in.

Personal checks which fail to clear will have a $20 service charge applied upon resubmission.

Adult Orders

If your order includes stuff that has mature content, you need to be upwards of the age of consent. This mystical number varies, depending on the district in which you live, but 18 years is the benchmark for all U.S. cities. So, go ask your parents when you were born, and if it was 18 or more years ago, just sign the age statement on your order form! (Because your order ain't going nowhere until you do.)

Orders Outside The U.S.A.

We package every order with the greatest of care, to help ensure that it gets to you in pristine, collectible condition. However, once a package intersects a foreign nation's border, it passes through the hands of people whose job it is to periodically open packages to make sure that nothing unsavory gets into your country. We here at Alleycat believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but some people believe that you are entitled to their opinion, and it's this sort of person who may well come across your order in transit and opt that parts of it, or all of it, isn't going to pass. Sadly, once an order leaves Alleycat, it's beyond our control. Regardless, we'll ship just about anywhere, but if your order is intercepted en route, your only recourse will be through the channels provided you by your government. So order at your own risk.

How Do I Pay?

It's easy, especially if you're a U.S. resident! Checks and money orders made out to Alleycat Books are preferred, though large orders by check may require extra time, to ensure that the funds have cleared. Do not send cash, for safety's sake. As soon as your check clears, we'll send your shipment out right away!

If you're placing your order from outside the U.S., make sure that your method of payment is in U.S.-negotiable funds.
